At ACAI Outdoorwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your adventure gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
